I like being able to offer you choices as to how we can work together. You have your choice of traditional weekly one-on-one sessions, or weekly group sessions.

Another popular option is our “Rapid Relief Session”. This is not your regular 50-minute therapy session, but your own private* intensive workshop. You’ll create your own personalized system that includes new skills and strategies to help you feel better faster. Say goodbye to feeling overwhelmed!

Rapid Relief Tea ServiceYour Rapid Relief Session is a private 3-hour or full-day (6-hours) focus session for individuals or small groups*. It’s a great option if your workweek schedule doesn’t allow you much time to invest in yourself. Many super busy women find it easy to block out 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Or if you want the full-day experience, we can block out a full-day for you.

Your Rapid Relief Session will teach you the skills and strategies you need to stop feeling overwhelmed or quiet your busy mind, so you can take back control of your life.
